For iOS Apple Phone Users

Step 1: Open the Settings application and go to Mobile Services > Mobile Data > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM data line) > Select option to "Turn On This Line".

Step 2: After turning on the line, exit the screen, and then select your Jetpac eSIM data line again > go to SIM Applications > Select "About" option and check if the IMSI is set to as per the table below. 

Step 3: Restart your phone once you have changed your IMSI.

• • The IMSI must be set to one of these three: 2, 7, 25 or 26, depending on what country you're roaming in, if you have purchased a pack from 12th September 2024 onwards:
