Step 0: Ensure your Jetpac eSIM line is turned on

Step 1: Search for SIM toolkit (may also be called SIM Menu or STK Services)

Step 2-1: Choose Mode > Manual (If mode is not present refer to the next step)

  

Step 2- 2:  Choose Admin > Enter Code > 5656 > Manual IMSI

Step 3: Choose the correct IMSI depending on the country you’re roaming in. 

Step 4: Restart your device after you have updated your IMSI.

• • The IMSI must be set to one of these four: 2, 25, 26 or 7, depending on what country you're roaming in. If you have purchased a pack from 12th September 2024 onwards, please check the following list for your IMSI settings:
