I'm not able to get mobile data with my Jetpac eSIM! What should I do?

First, ensure Data Roaming is enabled on the Jetpac eSIM line in your Phone Settings:

1. For iOS Phone Models
   • Open the Settings application and go to Mobile Data > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM data line) > Select "Data Roaming" option to turn it on
2. For Android Phone Models
   • Open the Settings application and go to Connections > Mobile Networks > Select "Data Roaming" option to turn it on

If you find yourself unable to access data, check the Access Point Name (APN) and IMSI  settings in your phone and make the necessary change using the table provided below.

If your APN does not match the one in the table above, you will need to change your APN manually with the following steps

For iOS

Step 1: Open the Settings application and go to Mobile Service

Step 2: Select your Jetpac eSIM and turn it on.

Step 3: Exit the screen and select your Jetpac eSIM again. This time, you should see Mobile Data Network. Click on it.

Step 4: Rename the APN to the one in the table above that corresponds to the country you're in. 

 

Step 5: Restart the phone

For Android

Step 1: Open the Settings application and go to Connections > Mobile Networks

           

Step 2: Go to Access Point Names (APN)

Step 3 : Tap "Access Point Names", then tap "Add" on the top right of the screen. Enter the APN by copying it into the Name and APN fields (In this screenshot, we're adding the 'kroly' APN) The other fields do not need to be edited.  

Step 4: Exit the page and select the new APN.

 

Step 5: Restart your phone

 

If your IMSI does not match the one in the table above, you will need to change your IMSI manually with the following steps

• For iOS Phone Models

  1. 1. Open the Settings application and go to Mobile Services > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line) > Select option to "Turn On This Line"

     2. After that, exit the screen and select your Jetpac eSIM again, and this time, you should see SIM Applications. Click on SIM Applications > Mode > Select "Manual" option and choose the correct IMSI as in table above
     3. Restart your phone once you have changed your IMSI
        
        
• For Samsung Models
  1. 1. Open the Settings application and go to Connections > SIM card manager > Turn on eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line) by selecting it
     2. Close the Settings application and open a new application called SIM Toolkit (also called the STK Services app on some phone models)
     3. Select the correct Country you are travelling to
     4. After that go to Mode > Select Manual and choose the correct IMSI
     5. Restart your phone once you have changed your IMSI

If you're facing data issues even if your APN and IMSI settings are correct, you can manually change the network to any of the allowed networks (list available here)

• For iOS Phone Models

1. 1. Open the Settings application and go to Mobile Data > Select eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line) > Network Selection
   2. Uncheck the "Automatic" option and manually choose a different network brand in the country, based on this list

• For Android Phone Models

1. 1. Open the Settings application and go toConnections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators
   2. At the bottom of the screen, click on the correct eSIM (Jetpac eSIM Data Line)
   3. Uncheck the "Select automatically" option and manually choose a different network brand in the country, based on this list
