Please note that our policy does not allow refunds for DragonPass' Lounge Access or Fast Track services after you have purchased them. However, fret not as these services are valid for nine months from the date of purchase so you may use them on your future trip!
Refunds are only considered if there is a mismatch between the list of lounges or fast-track lanes you bought from us and the actual list available on DragonPass website at the time of redemption.
