- Ensure that you have first deleted the Jetpac eSIM from your old phone. For more information on how to delete / remove an eSIM from your mobile phone, please refer to the following articles:
- Search for your first Jetpac purchase welcome email which has your eSIM QR code in your email inbox.
💡 TIP: Search for an email with the subject "Here comes your Jetpac eSIM!" in your inbox. - Scan the QR code in the email with your new phone to install the Jetpac eSIM in your new device.
That's it! You can now use your Jetpac eSIM on your new phone.
